These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brake Zone & Car Care website and the services we provide at 8000 Club Parkway, Cordova, TN 38016. By using this site or authorizing work on your vehicle, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates & Authorization

Written or verbal repair estimates are based on the vehicle information provided at drop-off. Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before any extra work is performed. Repairs proceed only after you authorize them.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Vehicles will be released once payment is received in full.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a written warranty on parts and labor for qualifying repairs. Ask our team for the specific warranty terms that apply to your service.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on our property more than 3 business days after completion of service may be subject to a daily storage fee. We are not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.

Website Use

• You may not copy, resell, or misuse content, images, or brand assets on this site.
• Appointment requests are confirmed by phone or email — a submitted form does not guarantee a time slot.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, Brake Zone & Car Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our repair obligations are limited to the warranty terms provided with your service.
